Students in Culinary Arts 1 have been learning all about different types of sauces. In addition to the 5 French Mother Sauces, students also learned about non-traditional sauces like salsa. They experimented with flavors and textures in a Salsa Challenge. Each student created their own salsa recipe and students and staff at the CCCTC voted on their favorites.
