Mrs. Fondren's second year culinary students expanded their sandwich repertoire in their latest Kitchen Lab. Sandwiches prepared include a Boiled Shrimp PoBoy with homemade Remoulade Sauce, Roast Beef Sandwich with Brown Gravy, Patty Melt, Open-Faced Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, and the classic Croque Monsieur.
