Culinary Arts Students Expand Their Palate

Mrs. Fondren's second year Culinary Arts students expanded their palate by tasting a variety of dairy products. For each dairy product, they recorded the percent fat, taste, mouth feel, as well as whether they liked it! The goats milk and buttermilk were their least favorite. They were all pleasantly surprised with how much they enjoyed the almond and lactose free milks!
